Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping within India.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

3. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 4 business days.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was delivered within the last 2 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at [support@nutario.com] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase along with the return authorization number. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow upto 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds
